Poetry Submission Guidelines
Length and Quality
The moocat does not distinguish between 'good' and 'bad' words; only between good and bad poems.
Clichés are inherently evil and must be destroyed. So please don't use them, unless you're doing it intentionally to somehow comment on the cliché itself.
I'm open to publishing poems on just about any theme, so long as the poem says something interesting in a new waysurprise me! I'm not especially interested in pornography for porn's sake or religious fervor for religious fervor's sake. Oh, and please no suicide notes disguised as poems. If you are feeling at risk, please contact a local suicide-prevention resource (not kidding here!) The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is: 800-273-8255
Original works only. I'm willing to consider simultaneous submissions, but please check the simultaneous submission checkbox in your submission form. Only works sent in via the online submission form will be considered.
I have read these guidelines and agree to abide by them.
