after Allen Ginsberg
America, remember your lost cats.
America, stop touching me.
Go neuter yourself.
I don't feel good don't bother me.
America when will you learn cats and dogs aren't opposites?
I can't stand my own cat mind.
You're standing in my sunspot.
America clean your litter box.
When will you be worthy of your million tabbies?
When will you be feline?
Stop trying to train me it will never work.
America call off the dogs.
It's time to feed your strays.
America I was sleeping with one eye open.
I can see you in the dark.
America I eat catnip every chance I get.
I won't lay down until I'm in my right mind.
When will you unroll your holy ball of string?
When will you begin to live in your own fur?
America don't stop petting me oh that feels so good.
America I understand your language why won't you understand
mine?
Your food is full of ash.
I eat your precious songbirds.
America I love the birds.
I sleep all day and I don't feel bad about it.
America the humane society isn't moral.
You won't believe what they did to Uncle Patches.
It's dem Shih Tzu's and dem Schnauzer's
and dem Shih Tzu's.
America I'm sharpening my claws.
