From 2001 to early 2002, moocat.net was published as monthly issues. In 2003, it converted to quarterly but then got less frequent as life intervened.

From March 2013 through July 2021, the site consisted on only one, static page, explaining the disappearance of most of its content. This page is shown as the “Epic Refresh” issue.

That hiatus was broken in July 2021, with the “Welcome Back, Moozy Cats!” cover, which relaunched the site with most of the original content but with all travelogs hidden and inaccessible. One new cartoon piece was added in early 2026.

The original site ran on hand-coded HTML 4 and PHP. These archived cover pages are presented here as close to their original format as possible, (including the ancient HTML!) recovered from the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine and other sources.
